The emergency may require leaving one room, one building, or the entire area. Know which problem you're solving.
HouseImmediate local threat — fire, gas leak, flooding. Leave belongings, get outside, call from a safe distance.
AreaWidespread threat — wildfire, hurricane, official order. Take the go-bag, travel to a planned destination.
